Early Spring: (March - May) Granular fertilization plus pre-emergent crabgrass preventer for early season greenup with annual weed and preventer.

Spring: (May - June) Granular fertilizer with time release nitrogen. Broadleaf weed control used as needed. Lawn is inspected for insects and disease.

Summer: (June - August) Granular fertilizer with time release nitrogen formulated especially for warm, dry weather. Broadleaf weed control. Lawn is inspected for insects and disease.

Fall: (August - September) Granular fertilizer with time release nitrogen. Broadleaf weed control as needed.

Late Fall: (October - November) Granular fertilizer formulated as a winterizer to encourage late season root growth. Promotes early spring greenup.

Over Time your soil naturally becomes compacted, leaving the subsoil undesirable for healthy lawn growth. Walking, playing, mowing, and watering compact particles and reduce the air space necessary for root growth. Compaction is greatest in the upper 1 to 1.5 inches of soil and needs to be relieved by mechanical aeration. This process plugs finger size holes into the soil to improve the air, water, and nutrient exchange with your roots.
